Zimmer Biomet has been named to FORTUNE’s 2026 America’s Most Innovative Companies list, a recognition that celebrates organizations leading the way in product innovation, process excellence and a culture that fuels creativity and continuous improvement. The annual ranking honors 300 U.S. companies transforming their industries through forward-thinking solutions and bold advancements across technology, operations and culture.
This year's list highlights companies demonstrating exceptional performance across three dimensions: product innovation, process innovation and innovation culture. Companies were scored based on expert analysis, employee sentiment and patent portfolio strength. Zimmer Biomet appears as #20 on the list and as the top-ranked organiztion in our home state of Indiana and top-ranked MedTech company.

- ROSA® Knee with OptimiZe™ – The newest version of the ROSA® Knee System to customize and enhance the surgeon’s experience with personalized and intelligent surgical planning, new positioning, tracking and alignment features to improve accuracy10 and reduce user variability11 — and offers the industry’s only automated kinematic alignment feature to resurface the knee with the goal of restoring its pre-arthritic position and native joint lines.
Complementing our innovative product portfolio, Zimmer Biomet launched MedTech’s first-of-its-kind global partnership with Arnold Schwarzenegger. As Chief Movement Officer for Zimmer Biomet, Schwarzenegger champions mobility and joint health and encourages people living with pain to seek qualified professionals to help them get back to doing what they love.
