Today, we're proud to launch our 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the meaningful progress we’ve made in advancing our sustainability priorities. 

From reducing our environmental footprint to strengthening communities and expanding access to care, this year’s report demonstrates how sustainability is embedded across our business and highlights our transparency and accountability to drive measurable impact.

Driving Environmental Progress

In 2025, we continued our work to reduce our environmental impact throughout our operations. In 2025, we expanded our Zero Waste to Landfill initiative, with 58% of our in-scope network sites Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) certified. Additionally, through our formal commitment with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we reduced our Scope 1 & 2 CO₂e emissions by an additional 52%.
